Why determine a team profile?

People tend to default to their natural preferences, therefore perform better in those areas that match their work preference.


Understanding work preferences is a critical component in developing individual, team, and organizational performance. The Team Management Profile Questionnaire (TMPQ) is a 60-item questionnaire that focusses on enhancing understanding of an individual's approach to work. Based on the responses to the questionnaire, the Personal Team Management Profile (TMPQ) provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, based on the Team Management Wheel, and the strengths that an individual brings to a team.

How we use the profile ? 

We use the Team Management Profile Questionnaire (TMPQ) as a developmental  tool to ensure that members of teams are capacitated with an effective blend of skills to deliver exceptional performance. We therefore leverage off the best available skills to transform groups of people to effective and high performing teams,


We apply the Team Management Profile Questionairre (TMPQ) where we have identified team dynamics as a risk factor to organizational performance (see Organizational Climate herein), as well as when effective teams need to be put together for challenging projects. 


To add some spice, we do team building by taking leaders and teams on deep transformation journeys to exotic and challenging places for those who have an appetite for adventure.
